Self-monitoring system that checks the health of all connected sensors and reports of any tampering or removal from location

Protect premises from damage such as water leak, fire and theft with water leak detectors, wireless shut-off valves, electric trip switches, motion sensors, remote access locks, cameras, etc.

Complete standalone system with incidence alerts sent via email or text messaging, works on cellular wireless network; internet connection is not a requirement

It is a self-contained M2M system where the automation is done within the premise without any third party cloud system, secure system that only allows user-authenticated sensors to be connected

No additional fee or monthly subscription required for home automation and monitoring, except for the optional maintenance contract

All collected data stays within the home/complex, data does not leave premises without user’s approval, user gives controlled access to third party service providers (Utilities, insurance, etc.) to monetize their personal home automation data

    Email and Text Notifications works on all platforms

    Notification of incidents

    Notification of incidents are sent via emails and text messages. A sample email alert is shown here:

    The first message will include the time the incident occurred and the second message will be sent out once the incident is resolved. 

    The duration of the time before the first event notification is sent can be set by the user, current;y it is set for 30 seconds.

    Currently we are working on an Artificial Intelligent (AI) algorithm that will analyze and predict the individual unit's user patterns and reduce false positive detection of water leak events.
